1. I am having trouble deciding on which product will go well with my existing bathroom setup. Do you have a number I can call for assistance?

2. My home is located near your showroom, can I pick up my purchase instead of having it delivered?
Yes you can! Please coordinate directly with the staff of our showroom or call our customer care line at 020 8809 1300 and we will arrange the pick up schedule for you.
3. I need to return an item I purchased from your website. How do I do that?
Although we have a high number of satisfied customers we understand that some purchases will have issues. If you need to return an item you may do so within 14 days of purchase and provided the items are in their original condition and packaging, uninstalled and boxed. We also need the original invoice and a letter explaining the reason for the return. Please note that there are certain terms governing returns and some items are required to be in their original packaging with the seal intact for the return to be accepted. 4. I am not from the UK, but I am interested in ordering an item that I saw on your website. Are you able to ship outside of the UK?
We handle international shipping on a case to case basis. We would appreciate if you can call our customer care line to verify if the item you wish to purchase is available for international shipping. Be advised though that shipping fees will be incurred and the amount will depend on your exact location.
5. How much is the shipping charge for my purchase?
Shipping and delivery are anywhere between £5.95 and £39.95 depending on where you are in the United Kingdom. However, we have a lot of items that are available for free shipping.
